Balancing individual attention within a supportive therapeutic environment, Fremont Hospital works with adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults to address psychiatric conditions, chemical dependency and treatment of dual diagnosis (co-existing psychiatric condition and chemical dependency).
Services:
- Short-term inpatient hospitalization designed to quickly stabilize the most serious symptoms and to allow a quick transition to less intensive levels of care
- Partial hospitalization programs, designed as a "step-down" from a hospital setting to facilitate the quickest return to the home setting
- Multiple treatment modalities including individual, group and family therapy and education groups
- Adult intensive outpatient programs on three tracks including psychiatric, dual diagnosis (psychiatric diagnosis plus chemical dependency) and chemical dependency
- Treatment teams may include licensed therapists, nurses, program specialists and a doctor
- Adolescent intensive outpatient program
